• Name 3 things you can hear

•Name 2 things you can smell

• Name 1 thing you can taste

This brings your brain back to the present, out of the loop it’s been stuck in.

It doesn’t erase anxiety instantly… but it interrupts the spiral, and interruption is the first step toward control.
